A customer
needed a label design that would secure bottle caps
for shampoos, conditioners, and lotions and provide
tamper evidence, while still offering a beautiful label
to showcase its products...
...A label was designed to have an extended tab positioned
and perforated at the top of a base label to adhere
to the cap. The label provides the necessary tamper
evidence and, despite the perforation, allows for high
speed automatic application. This gives our customer
the necessary look, functionality and application efficiency. |

an identification label on its durable goods item. The
label had to withstand a variety of harsh conditions
and had to adhere to a roughly textured, powder coated
surface. Further complicating the matter, it required
that variable information be printed to separately identify
each piece...
...We developed a thermal imprintable laminated polyester
label with an aggressive adhesive designed for difficult
to adhere to surfaces. Not only will the adhesive work
on powder coated surfaces, it can even be used in oily
environments! This solution can be equally effective
for nameplate or rating plate applications, warning
labels, wiring diagrams or as a tracking device. Since
it is a label, it can often be more cost effective than
traditional markings. |
